When I joined ICS in June 2010, the company was relatively small but growing, already earning a great reputation, and having previously worked with John Lyon, it was an easy decision. I’m responsible for turning sales goals into day to day action; a very hands-on role leading, motivating and developing the sales team while maintaining compliance and training. I’m proud and motivated every day by the people I work with and the reputation we have achieved. Working part time allows me to spend time doing fun activities with my husband and daughter, and pursuing my hobby of interior design.
