I joined the ICS team in Customer Service in 2013; after 2 years I moved to be John’s PA, then fell into HR, and the rest is history! No two days are the same, I work in all areas supporting management and employees to nurture the best from our people, who are our greatest asset. As I love being around people and getting to know them, it’s been a pleasure to grow the HR role and support ICS in working as one and doing what we do best! I value spending time and creating memories with my children; getting out in the fresh air on the prom, the beach, swimming- in my twenties I did the Great North Swim 4 times! I love getting lost in a new world within a book, and my ambition is to learn to shuffle as I like a good dance, and always have music on.
