With a background in recruitment before joining the industry, I wanted to find a company where I could really settle, build long-term relationships, and work alongside people who support each other. Joining in August 2022, it was immediately apparent that compliance and care are the foundations underpinning everything ICS does. My role is very relationship-driven to make sure everything runs smoothly for our partners and contractors; working from home and out on the road spending time with our agencies, key accounts and our internal teams through a mix of sales, problem solving and forward planning. I value being given the trust and autonomy to manage my own work without micromanagement, working with amazing people, and visiting some of the most beautiful places in the country through work. I love staying active and being outdoors: going to the gym, swimming, walking, enjoying fresh air, exploring new places with my children and making memories as a family. A secret passion is playing chess, and to wind down I practise meditation, sound baths, and relaxing in a sauna or steam room.
