In 2002, during a golden (and evergreen) year in the UK, ICS began to support contractors and freelancers with their accountancy, tax and payroll. With the analogue-to-digital tech transition underway, we continued to transform and adapt to the changing regulatory and financial landscapes and to date we proudly support contractors, freelancers and businesses across the UK.

Compliance
Compliance is something that we have to embed across the business. We’ve been FCSA accredited since 2017 and are audited by them annually. In 2025 we became SafeRec certified meaning our payroll and payslips undergo independent, real-time auditing. We’re also an ACCA Approved Employer and CIMA Member in Practice.
