I was excited to join ICS in 2025 as a New Business Partnership Manager after seeing their fantastic reviews, innovative products, and the opportunities they offered, like hybrid working. I spend two days a week from home and three days a week visiting our agency partners, reviewing service levels, bringing in new business, and getting ICS onto PSLs. What I enjoy most about working here is the people: my team, consultants and the clients I support. Outside work, you’ll find me spending time with my partner and our English bulldog (who very much runs the house!), and catching up with friends and family. What most people don’t know is that I’m a huge Viking geek and spend a lot of my free time reading about Norse history, as well as true crime and thrillers. A Chinese takeaway and a good bottle of wine make my perfect weekend- although you can’t beat a trip to the pub!
