I’ve been working in the sector since 2008, joining ICS when the practice I was working for amalgamated in 2023. As practice manager, my day is an action-packed mix of working with the team, client meetings and calls, and accounts work. Mainly office-based apart from client meetings, I really enjoy the variety, and working with a dedicated team of good people. When people remind me it’s time to go home, I like getting out for a walk, and cooking up good food to share with friends and family. I also do voluntary work for our local St .John’s Hospice.
