At ICS we want to assure you we are doing all that we can to assist you during these unprecedented times. We are actively putting processes in place to support our Umbrella employees, Limited company clients, CIS workers and Recruitment Agency partners.  Our team are all safe and working remotely with our opening hours remaining the same. We are currently supporting our employees, clients, and agencies on a variety of topics including:

As with most other FCSA Accredited Members, we are following their guidance and updates to ensure we continue to meet industry standards and can assure you that the FCSA are actively lobbying for the government to do all that they can so that we can to support you during these difficult times. They have a number of urgent questions which they are waiting from the Treasury, along with the awaited Government updates and advice.  We are also actively putting processes in place so that can fully support you. You may be interested to know that the FCSA are encouraging umbrella employees to contact their MP with their concerns.
