Overall, I’ve been connected with ICS since 2006, and directly since they acquired the practice I was working at in 2023. Every day is different, hectic and challenging, with a mixture of emails, calls, meetings and, occasionally, some quiet focussed work! I find being office-based, when not visiting clients, more efficient for the way I work (and helps stop work spilling over into home life). Working with a small, close team makes our challenges and achievements all the more rewarding. I find a good session at the gym helps switch my brain off. I’m also a regular squash player (although still not a great one!). I enjoy spending time with family and friends, and am in a weekly pub quiz team- my handwriting must be OK, as I’m usually the scribe!
